Names Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Decatur County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms control its receipt and handling of the submitted query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. Contact messages are not shared outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law, legal process, or a valid government demand.
Information Collected Automatically
Routine technical information may be recorded when a page loads. This data helps us understand site performance and diagnose faults. It may include:

Subject to applicable law and the information we actually hold, a person may ask us to:

- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete eligible personal data
- Stop or limit certain forms of processing
These choices do not control records held by the Decatur County sheriff, Kansas courts, KDOC, news publishers, search providers, or any other outside service. Requests about an outside record must go to its custodian.
